The hunting season of Roe buck in the Czech Republic starts on 1 May. The best time for Spring Roe buck hunts is from 1 May to 5 June. We advise to hunt Roe buck in the rutting season which is between 10 July and 10 August. We use whistle for hunting during this time and hunt is successful throughout the day.
The hunt is by sitting or stalking depending on the weather condition and hunter´s needs and skills. We recommend 3-5 hunting days.
